Indore – Bharti Airtel, one of India's leading telecommunications service providers, proudly announces the launch of its new state-of-the-art customer service facility in Ashok Nagar, Madhya Pradesh. This customer service facility, one of Airtel’s largest call centers nationwide, was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister of Communications, Shri. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia.

The new facility is designed to handle inbound customer complaints daily, significantly enhancing Airtel's capabilities to serve customers not only in Madhya Pradesh but across India. During the inauguration, the Hon’ble Minister spent time visiting the facility, interacting with the agents, and understanding the comprehensive training and onboarding processes. He expressed his excitement about the infrastructure, training, and job opportunities, emphasizing the importance of connecting with the community through the digital highway. He appreciated Airtel's swift efforts in setting up this world-class facility and distributed appointment letters to new call center agents.
