Asia's Largest STP Visited by 60 Master Trainers Managed by SUEZ India
SUEZ India, a responsible institution for sewage management in the capital, organized a tour for 60 master trainers at Asia's largest Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Lucknow. This visit was a part of a three-day training program for sanitation workers. During this training, 60 master trainers underwent specialized training.
On the final day of the training, on January 5 at 10:00 AM, these master trainers visited the 345 MLD Bharwara STP in Lucknow. Rajesh Mathpal, the project director of SUEZ India, expressed his delight at the successful conclusion of the training workshop, stating, "The significant efforts made by the government in the development and cleanliness of rural areas are commendable, deserving more praise than they receive."
With the objective of enhancing safety and dignity for workers involved in sanitation efforts, a three-day training program, in collaboration with UNICEF, was conducted to train master trainers. From January 3rd to 5th, 60 master trainers from districts including Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Chitrakoot, Jhansi, and Ayodhya participated in this training.
