Bhutani Group and Bayview Projects Officially Awarded Construction and Management of International Film City is situated at Sector-21, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area (Phase-1)
Greater Noida: In a pivotal development for the Uttar Pradesh film industry, Bhutani Group and Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects have been formally awarded the construction and management contract for the International Film City in YEIDA. The formal concession agreement signing ceremony took place at the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) office, marking the commencement of this ambitious project.
The film city, projected to cover 1000 acres in Sector-21 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area, will initiate its first phase where 230 acres planned possession will be awarded. The concession agreement signing ceremony was attended by prominent figures including Dr. Arun Vir Singh (CEO of YEIDA), Ms. Shruti ACEO YEIDA, Mr. Shailendra Bhatia , Nodal Office, Film city Project, Mr. Ashish Bhutani (CEO of Bhutani Group), Mr. Rajiv Arora (Director) and renowned film producer Mr. Boney Kapoor, representing Bayview Projects.

The allotment letter for the project has already been issued by the Yamuna Authority, and the groundwork for construction is set to begin soon. Mr. Kapoor has previously visited numerous countries to study their film cities, ensuring that the YEIDA film city incorporates global best practices and cutting-edge technology.
