Grand Opening of ‘Royal Rajasthan’ Food Festival at Hilton Garden Inn
The Royal Rajasthan Food Festival at Hilton Garden Inn, has brought the rich and regal flavors of Rajasthan to the city. Running from March 8 to March 15, the festival showcases an exquisite selection of traditional Rajasthani cuisine, crafted by the award-winning culinary expert, Chef Kishore Sharma, winner of the 2024 Culinary Awards. The event was graced by Hilton Garden Inn’s General Manager, Mr. Yogeshwar Bhatt.
Guests indulged in a diverse range of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Rajasthani delicacies. The non-vegetarian spread featured fiery Lal Maas, Machhli Jaisamandi infused with signature Rajasthani spices, and the rich Safed Maas, all of which received high praise from visitors.
For vegetarian food lovers, the festival offered classic dishes such as Dal-Bati-Churma, crispy Pyaaz Kachori, and spicy Mirchi Bada, which became instant favorites. The elaborate Rajasthani thali, comprising Ker-Sangri, flavorful Gatte Ki Sabzi, nutritious Bajra Roti, and the delectable dessert Ghewar, elevated the dining experience to another level.
The ambiance of the festival was equally enchanting, with traditional Rajasthani décor and warm hospitality enhancing the cultural experience. A special highlight of the event was the celebration of International Women’s Day, where female guests were honored with special gestures of appreciation.
