Suez India starts Public Grievance Camp in Ismailganj
Suez India, agency for sewer maintenance and managemnet under the One City One Operator scheme, organized a public grievance centre in Ismailganj Zone-7. Residents of the wards of Zone-7 participated in this public centre and shared their problems.
Mr. Rajesh Mathpal, Project Director of Suez India, said that public hearing camps are being organosed in all zones in the view of Holi festivities. Through this public hearing camps, citizen's sewer-related problems will be resolved. These camps will continue to be held after Holi as well.
In the public hearing, citizens registered various types of complaints, including damaged manholes, manhole sewer overflow, sewer line damage, etc. Mr. Mathpal said that barring complaints related to major works, a minimum of 24 hours is given to resolve these complaints.
Mr. Mathpal said that Suez India is committed to improving the sewer system in the city and will make all efforts to resolve people's complaints promptly. Organizing public hearings is an important way to listen to people's problems and address them. We will set up camps in all zones in view of Holi and resolve all kinds of complaints.
Mr. Mukesh Singh Chauhan, Councilor Ismailganj, appreciated & inaugurated the public grievance camp organized by Suez India and said, "I appreciate Suez India's plan to set up camps in all zones and to resolve people's problems. This is an important step that will help improve the sewer system in the city."
