Validity extension in view of cyclone Remal

At times of distress and natural calamities like cyclone, staying connected with loved ones is critical.  In view of the impact caused due to Cyclone REMAL in  Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur and Meghalaya, Airtel has extended validity for four days for customers who's prepaid validity has expired and are unable to recharge on-ground due to the severe cyclonic impact.  In addition to validity extension, Airtel is also offering unlimited voice and 1GB data. 

Additionally, ICR has been activated in these states so that every customer is connected using the mobile phone. 

While this initiative aims to support  customers during these difficult times, the company's network teams are working round the clock assessing the situation on ground and taking all necessary measures to restore connectivity in some of the severely affected areas of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur and Meghalaya.
